Have to successfully adopt correct methodology for each project. Have to conduct and head meeting with stake-holders. Manual testing expertise. Proven track record in delivering under pressure. Experience wide range of testing artefacts. Team management. Have to build and maintain automation suits. Should have the ability to construct data set. Have to ensure that testing activities should be able to meet up with the requirement and resolve issues. Have to carry out performance testing and identify load, stress and soak testing scenarios.
